1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
✅ Damaged or Defective Items – If your product arrives damaged or has manufacturing defects, you may request a replacement or refund.
✅ Incorrect Order Received – If you receive the wrong item, we will replace it or issue a refund.
❌ Non-Refundable Items:

Custom-made or personalized posters (unless damaged or incorrect).

Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation.

Minor variations in color or brightness (as every neon/acrylic product is handmade and may slightly differ).
2. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:
📌 Step 1: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at thebacklightstore@gmail.com.
📌 Step 2: Provide your order number and clear unboxing video/photos showing the issue.
📌 Step 3: Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days.
3. Return & Replacement Policy
🚛 If a return is required, we will provide return instructions. Customers must return items in original packaging within 7 days of approval.
🔄 Replacements are processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.
4. Refund Processing Time
💳 Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
📌 Note: Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank/payment provider.
5. Order Cancellations
🚫 Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, production begins, and cancellations are not possible.
